Who should attend? This series is designed for those participants who hold a Certificate of Management from Kent State Stark or for seasoned middle- and upper-level managers who have not attended earlier programs. The programs that make up this certificate are designed to take your management skills to the next level. The Certificate of Leadership Excellence consists of 44 hours of required programs that range in topics from communicating with a multi-generational workforce, managing projects, coaching your employees, holding effective meetings and influencing those around you.
